  • We recommend eating at least 1 teaspoon of Three Peaks Manuka honey daily

Honey is not suitable for consumption by children under 1 year of age. Ideally store your honey below 20°C/68°F. Refrigerate if you live in a hot climate. Manuka honey can be stirred to soften.
