Each jar of Three Peaks® Organic Mānuka Honey is independently verified through the UMF™ quality mark, the most comprehensive testing and grading system in the world for Mānuka honey.
The UMF™ certification confirms four natural markers that define genuine Mānuka: MGO (Methylglyoxal) — measures antibacterial potency Leptosperin — verifies authenticity and floral source DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) — indicates freshness and conversion activity HMF (Hydroxymethylfurfural) — ensures stability and proper storage life.
