It is our mission to produce superior quality and tasting Manuka honey sourced from unspoilt, wild, and remote Mānuka rich forests.
We achieve this by:

The Bees

We care about our bees health, well-being, and population, as they do all of the hard work. To support our business growth, we’ve developed a queen breeding program.
The Land
/ terroir /
We search high and low for great Mānuka sites across New Zealand’s north island. And for one reason – the combination of climate, soil, and the density of the Mānuka forests is what gives our honey its characteristics and quality Manuka honey.
The Beekeepers
/ unsung heroes /
Our beekeepers work hard and harmoniously with the land and bees to ensure only the best honey from each harvest makes the Three Peaks® Manuka honey grade.
Mahi Tahi
/ working together /
We work with the local iwi (indigenous tribes) in mutually beneficial relationships to be granted access to these remote, Mānuka dense sites.
Transparency
/ traceable honey /
Owning our hives allows for complete transparency in our supply chain. We can ensure you our honey is traceable and certified as 100% Manuka honey.
Minimal Impact
/ preservation /
We are committed to only leaving our footprints on the lands we use after harvest to preserve the wild and remote ecosystems. One way we do this is by using a helicopter.
